It was Carson's birthday and he turned the BIG 8 we are all so excited for him. Of course this was his favorite present that he got. Carson with his new Lego set.
Here he is at the family party with the cake that he wanted Rainbow Chip. His Dad was mad that he didn't pick chocolate.
What is with the men in your family and Rainbow chip cake? Carson, I understand you liking it as an 8 year old, but once you hit 25 I think you should graduate to something a little bit more mature, like double chocolate or something---Uncle Ry--Ry disagrees.

We're still a little bit bitter that you didn't arrange to be baptized while we were visiting---with all of your mom's authority, I can't believe she didn't pull a few strings...

I can't believe how close in age our kids are. So funny, Jakson just turned 8 on the 8th! Jakson is so into Lego's also. Hope he had a great birthday.
